"Easier work with difficult youth – a comprehensive training program"

Project realized in cooperation with "Dobre Inspiracje" Psychological Education Center within 1.5 SOP HRD, using EFS financing.

Realization period: 19.02.2007 – 18.05.2008

Realization area: Małopolskie voivodship

The project aimed to provide further professional training to people working with youth. Trainings focused on developing practical knowledge and skills.

1. Psychological training (100h) combined with interpersonal training (30 h)
2. English course (72 h) and e-learning
3. Training on raising financing from EU funds for work with youth (16 h) and "Good Practices" seminar (8 h)

• enhance their skills in working with youth (group management, educational skills),
• acquire practical psychological knowledge,
• familiarize good practices in working with young people,
• develop the ability of using English actively,
• learn more on raising financing from EU funds for work with youth
